Our dream location includes a swimmable body of water, walking trails, a mature forest, 10-20 acres, and is within 20–30 minutes of a Tri-City area ( Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph). Property zoning would need to be for commercial or agricultural use.
